This is an exciting event designed just for you. This will be customized for your concerns including esthetics, fear, health, time and cost.
All costs of treatment will be presented in a staged manner beginning with the most urgent treatment. If there may be unknown changes we will make ever effort to address this in a written fashion. We find our patients find staging treatment very helpful to better understand and find ways of affordability. Our team will exhaust every option to make treatment possible so not to create a financial burden for you or us. No one enjoys a big surprise especially our team or patient family. No team works as hard at this as this we do.
Our well trained staff will file, monitor and appeal if necessary all insurance filing in a strong timely manner. We use fast-attach and e-claims. Our system employs a firewall that offers complete protection. We work very hard to maximize you insurance coverage. Prior to any appointment we review your coverage and remaining benefits via the internet. In today's world this is easy and fast. It is simply the right thing to do.

Our new patients pay at the time of appointment for exam, radiographs, and any soft tissue treatment. The exception is when our team is able to verify insurance which is fast and easy with all the new systems to communicate with various insurance companies. After a new patient exam a treatment plan will be presented using all necessary records.
Patients of Record
We are blessed with patients who value their care and manage their financial obligation in a responsible manner.. Happy well informed patients make good reasonable arrangements. We do not have a written policy that applies to all. Many arrangements for patients depend on treatment, time that does create a financial burden for our team or the patient.
Emergency Treatment Not Patients of Record
Emergency patients will be seen in a prompt mainly to diagnosis and offer comfort measures. It is generally impossible to complete treatment during the emergency appointment. If this situation arises you will be rescheduled in a timely manner with treatment options and fees. All fees will be due at the time of appointment unless able to verify insurance.
