Patient Saftey
Patient Safety is a high priority in our office. All CDC guidelines are strictly enforced. We employ the same sterilization and disinfection techniques that are used in hospitals. Dr. Haley’s hospital experience as a critical care nurse had made this an easy transition. We have a special area designated for sterilization of all instruments. All instruments are washed, placed in ultrasonic, sealed in bags, and then sterilized in a steam autoclave that is monitored weekly for spores by an independent outside agency. These instruments remained sealed until they are placed in the treatment room at the time of use. We use many single use disposable items. All treatment rooms are disinfected prior to your arrival. The tile floors are cleaned with Clorox on a regular basis. Our hands are cleaned by a hand free disinfection spray mist as we enter each treatment room. Every team member wears a new pair of gloves, mask, and protective eyewear with each patient. A closed water system prevents cross contamination. A defibrillator (AED), emergency drugs, and portable oxygen with positive pressure mask are available for any medical emergency. All our staff are trained and certified in basic life support. Our staff recently attended a medical emergencies and airway management course. Prior to each appointment, a review of your health history is conducted so we will do no harm. Any special concerns we will coordinate with your primary physician. Your health & safety are our priorities. If you have any additional questions please ask one of our staff.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
