November 2006: Dr. Haley attended a lumineers course in Las Vages presented by Denmat for prepless Cerinate Lumineers (Veneers)
August 2006: Dr. Haley and the entire staff traveled to Woodland Hills, CA, to attend the "Pride Institute" founded by Jim Pride, D.D.S., a dentist Dr. Haley has long admired and followed. Team building systems were studied. During this trip we all were able to tour the Reagan's Presidental Library.
September 2006: Dr. Haley and staff attended an Orthodontic seminar part 1 in Dallas, TX, sponsored by the AOS.
November 2006: Dr. Haley attended the MDA House of Delegates in Jefferson City, MO January 2007: Dr. Haley and the entire staff attended "The Leadership Challenge", sponsored by the MDA in Jefferson City, MO.
February 2007: Dr. Haley attended "The Leadership Challenge" study group in Kansas City, MO.
February 2007: Dr. Haley and staff attended an Orthodontic seminar part 2 in Dallas, TX, sponsored by the AOS.
March 2007: Dr. Haley and entire staff attended the Greater Kansas City Dental Meeting. Periodontics, Cavity Prevention, and Esthetic Dentistry were studied.
April 2007: Dr. Haley attended a course in Esthetic Dentistry & Dental Materials taught by Dr. Joe Blase, D.D.S. and sponsored by the AGD. This was a hands on workshop for preped veneers using pressed porcelain
May 2007: Dr. Haley attended The Tunica Extravaganza Dental Meeting course in Rotary Endodontics presented by Dr. Leigh Speer and Lasers in Peridontal Therapy by Dr. Raymond Yukna
May 2007: Dr. Haley attended the Greater St. Louis Dental Society course for Anesthesia and Pain Control.
May 2007: Dr. Haley Completed the MDA Leadership Development Continuum .. The MDA, in partnership with the Missouri State university's Management Development Institute (MDI), presented the customized leadership program. This was a truly great experience. The 6-month process focuses on changing behaviors and enhancing leadership skills to create more effective leaders both professionally and personally.
Nov. 2007: Dr. Haley will be 1 of 5 delegates to represent the Greater Springfield Dental Society during the annual MDA House of Delegates meeting in Jefferson, City. For 2006 & 2007 she has served on the Reference & Credentials Committee
Within the last year, we have become almost paperless, learned our new management software. What a journey!
